Ordering

Shipping, Handling and Insurance is free to addresses in the US. Shipping costs to all other countries has increased dramatically over the last few years. For that reason, you need to call/write us for International shipping rates (even to Canada). We will bill separately for the shipping charges on International Orders, and your order will not ship until we receive payment. Upgrades to Version 3.0 (from Pro-Q only)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TO AVOID DELAYS IN PROCESSING.
There are 4 options for ordering your upgrade. The options listed are for the US only. CONTACT US PRIVATELY FOR ALL NON-US ORDERS (this includes Canada). Program upgrade, Manuals and Help will be downloadable from our website. We will send videos at a later date. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UNTIL ALL THE VIDEOS ARE READY so we can ship them at the same time.

OPTION 1 (U.S. only) - Send in your dongle along with a money order or certified check for $195. We will confirm that your dongle is valid, and ship your new dongle within 2 business days via Priority mail (a signature will be required). In general, in the lower 48 states, this option will take 4-7 days with the mail coming to us, then going back to you! Please make sure of the following:

• Enclose a money order/certified/cashiers check payable to Munnich Design LLC for $195 (as Pro-Q Designer is in Canada, they do not maintain an account here).
• Enclose a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number and e-mail CLEARLY PRINTED.
• Enclose info about your original purchase. If you purchased from a dealer, please tell us who. If you purchased from another user, please provide us their name and e-mail address.
• Enclose your dongle protected in a reasonable manner.
• It is recommended that you insure and/or require a signature for the packet (we are not responsible for dongles that do not arrive)
• Mail your packet to: Munnich Design, 3609 Hopi Trail, Temple, TX 76504

OPTION 2 (U.S. only) - Send in your dongle but pay $208 by credit card over the phone or via paypal. We will confirm that your dongle is valid, and ship your new dongle within 2 business days via Priority mail (a signature will be required). In general, in the lower 48 states, this option will take 4-7 days with the mail coming to us, then going back to you! Please make sure of the following:

• Enclose a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number and e-mail CLEARLY PRINTED.
• Enclose info about your upgrade purchase. What date did you purchase? Did you phone in or pay online? Do you want us to phone you when your dongle arrives and take payment then? (The latter may cause delays if we cannot reach you)
• Enclose info about your original purchase. If you purchased from a dealer, please tell us who. If you purchased from another user, please provide us their name and e-mail address.
• Enclose your dongle protected in a reasonable manner.
• It is recommended that you insure and/or require a signature for the packet (we are not responsible for dongles that do not arrive)

OPTION 3 (U.S. only) - Order online or by phone for $235 PLUS a $240 deposit (total $475). The deposit will be refunded when your valid dongle is returned. Before we ship, we will need to verify that you are in our user database and that you still have your dongle. Not everyone is or does! Therefore, if you can provide us details about your purchase, you can greatly speed up the process. YOU CAN ALSO PHONE BEFORE ORDERING TO VERIFY YOU ARE ELIGIBLE.

IMPORTANT - You can return the old dongle at any time for a refund, BUT once you upgrade, you may not sell it or loan it to anyone because you STILL only have one license! Again, you must be able to VERIFY you are a current owner of a legitimate Pro-Q license and dongle.

After ordering, please send an e-mail to THIS ADDRESS and include:

• Your name, address, phone number and e-mail. We often find that the shipping address for paypal is incorrect.
• Information about your upgrade purchase. What date did you purchase? Did you phone in or pay online?
• Information about your original purchase. If you purchased from a dealer, please tell us who. If you purchased from another user, please provide us their name and e-mail address (as many details as you can).

When returning your dongle:

• Enclose the information about your upgrade purchase so we can clearly identify you and make sure you get your refund promply (generally within 2 business days of receipt).
• Enclose your dongle protected in a reasonable manner.
• It is recommended that you insure and/or require a signature for the packet (we are not responsible for dongles that do not arrive)

OPTION 4 (U.S. only) - Order a FULL version of Pro-Q at the new price AND we will refund ALL BUT $250 when we receive your old dongle. This is the only option if we cannot verify your ownership of Pro-Q. Unfortunately, when resale and dealers are involved, we have no way of knowing who some of our users are. This will be VERY RARE (and hopefully not occur at all) as we can verify ownership by a number of methods and will work with you to do so!
