Common Support Issues I have a CD of the program. Where are the are the patterns?
If you have a pre-release CD, or did not install your program from the CD, you will find the patterns on the CD in a folder called patterns. If you would like to have the patterns on your hard drive, we recommend you create a folder (if there is not one already called My Pantos on your Local Drive C and copy them there. The new, full versions of the program do this already. How do I find the patterns on a CD?
The best way is to use the Folder View on the Thumbnail Browser. If the list below the little folder is empty, double-click the folder to move 'UP' in the folder tree. For example, if you want to go the Patterns folder on your CD, keep double-clicking the folder until you see a list of drive letters, then double-click the letter that is your CD drive (typically D or E). Finally, double-click on the Patterns folder, and you are there!
