Contacting Support for Pro-Q Panto Lite

We know that you might work or have other commitments. For that reason, our tech support has VERY flexible hours. We can often help you late in the evening or on weekends - sometimes even on Sundays and Holidays! However, to be able to offer this option, we need a little help from you.

  • Please always check the Common Support Issues page first and also the "How to" Videos to see if they cover your issues.
  • We can't always answer the phone, but if we are available you can normally expect a call back or an answer to your e-mail within 2-3 hours (sometimes quicker). If we are at a show or extremely busy, it could be later than that. However, we do our best to get back fairly quickly!
  • ALWAYS include your phone number and the best time to/latest we can call (and your time zone) in EVERY e-mail or phone message. In phone messages, give your phone number at the beginning AND the end of the message so we have it for sure.
  • Only call between 10am and 10pm Central Time. Please e-mail us outside these times and if we are available, we will phone you back!
  • If you phone and do not receive a call back within 48 hours, please phone again. Yes, things can happen to phone messages!
  • If you e-mail and do not get an e-mail back, do not assume we haven't e-mailed you. Don't keep e-mailing us UNLESS you include a phone number!!! If your ISP is blocking mail from us, we will have no way to reach you.
